January is the World Yoga Practice Month. And naturally the best benefit you get from practicing yoga is doing it regularly...not only on the first month of a new year. You can join us on Facebook.
Today I got the book A year of living your yoga . It´s a book written by Judith Hanson. A book that gives you inspiration to keep up your self practice or stimulate your teaching. The book follows the calendar year and you can start from today's date.
Today's aphorism,
January 9th

I have recently seen this book as well on different places. Here's another great challenge if you enjoy being part of a group even if it's at a distance;

It's a challenge of doing yoga in any form you wish everyday of 2011.
I think I'm going to need to get this book. I added your blog to the links on my blog. I hope that's okay, too!
ReplyDeleteThank you Maria for again giving me a great link. And Jenn, welcome on board!
ReplyDeleteI read about the challenge on flyingyogini's blog and am trying that, too.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I lived for a year in Sweden (outside of Uppsala) over 20 years ago. My Swedish is now rusty, but I'm trying to read your Om Osaka blog, too. Hej då.
I am happy, Jenn, that I can keep your swedish skills up to date with my blog, Om Osaka. Keep reading!
