Laughing yoga

The greatest way to live with honor in this world
is to be what we pretend to be.
- Socrates

Today it has been raining cats and dogs. Still many yogis found their way to my lessons. I get happy from seeing the regular ones, but also new faces that show up in class.

The most bliss I get from teaching is looking at the yogis when they challenge themselves, breathe deeply and laugh. Even though we are concentrated and focus inward during practice we need to remind us that yoga is about having fun. Take the time to smile and make a big laugh once in a while.

In today´s vinyasa flow class the yogis worked in pairs. A nice way to let out all the tension. Laughter connects us with others, relax our muscles and provides a physical and emotional release.

The world needs more smiling. By starting and ending the day with a big smile we can enjoy the day with more ease and breathe more freely. And the best of all -it´s free.

  1. Hej hej!
Det är så frigörande att skratta. Det förenar verkligen människor. Skratt smittar ju! Vilken fin bild, den gjorde mig alldeles glad inuti. Hela inlägget och den gula färgen.

    Fortsätt du att inspirera!
