Back to the womb

The foot feels the foot when it feels the ground.
-Buddha

Do you remember the feeling growing inside your mothers womb?
Can you recall the warm, dark and closed security?
Does your memory tell you about the time you were nurtured?
Do you remember how as a child you always felt relaxed and without a worry in the world?

What about this present moment:
Are you low?
Do you feel vulnerable?
Do you have problem letting go or difficulty to surrender?
Are you suffering from back- or neckpain?
Are your moon days giving you a hard time?

Allow the body and the mind to slow down. Release your bodily exhaustion. Decompress your spine and allows the internal organs to soften. Put the forehead on the ground for the senses to become less active.

Let your mind return back to your mothers womb. Take deep calm breaths like when you were a child.

Enjoy childs pose, balasana.

Always make space and time for the child within you.
