Energy drink

Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dreams. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success.
-Lao Tzu

Today we have had an amazingly hot day here in Osaka. The vending machines have been well attended. When the temperature is over 30 degrees celcius the body reacts. Fast. With too lite liquid in the body you get tired, blush, lose efficiency, get a headache, have a lack of apetite or feel sick, get dizzy...

When you look after your body and drink a lot you prevent the symptoms of dehydration. Avoid drinking cold or icy beverages, they have a bad influence to the body and especially the digestion. Prefer room temperature or hot beverages. A lot of it to keep your fluid balance.
