Pitta friend

The best way to pacify the Pitta dosha is to treat Pitta like a friend. A Pitta type needs the companjonship and guidance of friends to avoid over-stretching your self. Also working as a part of a team and developing a loving, calm home life with family and friends benefits the fiery imbalanced Pitta.

The Pitta type stays cool and calm from:

-exercising during the cooler part of the day

-getting plenty of fresh air

-walking in the nature

-meditating to create more peace internally

-avoiding excessive heat and steam (Sorry all Pitta fans of onsen and sauna!)

-eating cooling, non-spicy foods

-drinking cool, but not iced drinks

-emphasizing fresh fruits and vegetables
